To enroll in CORE Theatre Company, please complete this registration form in full, submit payment form, and ensure all required fields are filled out. Your child’s spot in the program will only be secured once the form and payment are received.

Terms and Conditions

By registering for CORE Theatre Company, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is essential for the success of the production. I understand that:

Rehearsals are held Tuesdays (4:30–7:30 PM) and Thursdays (4:30–6:30 PM) starting Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
Attendance during Tech Week (May 5-10, 2025) is mandatory, and missing Tech Week (without prior communication) may result in my performers removal from the final production.

2. Behavior Expectations

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and cooperatively during all rehearsals and performances. Disruptive behavior, bullying, or failure to follow directions may result in removal from the program without refund.

3. Key Dates

Open Workshop: January 14, 2025
Audition Prep: January 16, 2025
Auditions: January 21, 2025
Rehearsals Begin: January 28, 2025
Tech Week: May 5-9, 2025
Performance Date: May 10, 2025

4. Refund Policy

Tuition and materials fees are non-refundable after the program start date.

5. Photo/Video Release

By granting permission, I understand that photos and videos of my child may be used for promotional and archival purposes.

6. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

I am responsible for ensuring my child is dropped off and picked up on time for all rehearsals and performances.
