Participation and Expectations

Q: Does my child need prior theater experience?

No! CORE Theatre welcomes students of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned performers.

Q: Will every student be cast in the performance?

Yes! Every registered participant will have a role in the production, whether in the ensemble or as a lead.

Q: What does the materials fee cover?

The $75 materials fee includes costumes, props, and other production-related supplies.

Q: What are the behavior expectations?

Participants must show respect toward peers, staff, and volunteers. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program

Registration and Tuition

Q: What is the tuition cost?

Tuition is $800 per participant, with a $75 materials fee. 

Q: How do I register my child?

You can complete the registration form and submit payment online at coretheatre.net. A confirmation email will be sent once registration is complete.

Q: Are refunds available?

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis before the program start date. After the program begins, tuition is non-refundable.

Program Structure

Q: What is the rehearsal schedule?

Rehearsals are held from January 21 to May 10, 2025:

  • Tuesdays (4:30–7:30 PM)

Q: What is Tech Week, and is it mandatory?

Tech Week runs from May 5th-9th, 2025, and attendance is mandatory. During this week, the cast works on staging, lighting, and final preparations for the performances.

Q: When are the performances?

The performance Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Palisades Methodist Church.

General Questions

Q: Where is the program held?

All rehearsals and performances take place at Palisades Methodist Church.

Q: Can parents volunteer?

Yes! Parents interested in helping with sets, costumes, or fundraising can sign up as volunteers.
